Cancellation Policy & Refunds
Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount has been received.
The deposit should be completed within 3 days from the booking request, otherwise the reservation may be cancelled.
The remaining balance of the reservation is payable upon arrival (check-in).
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
Early Departure
In case of early departure during the stay, the total cost of the reservation may still apply.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial deposit.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
